1. The service
LoopLocal ([legal entity]) provides AI-assisted social media content, scheduling and message-reply drafting for businesses. It is a business-to-business service.
2. Approval and responsibility
Nothing is published or sent without your approval. You are responsible for checking and approving all content, including prices, offers, health or regulated claims, and replies. You must also make sure it complies with the law and with platform rules (including the ASA CAP Code). Any AI-generated draft may contain mistakes.
3. Fees
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the published price plus VAT, and roll monthly. Either party can cancel with [30 days'] notice, and you won't be charged for further months. Founding 10 pilot terms are as described on the website at sign-up. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup has been delivered.
4. Your content and accounts
You keep ownership of your brand assets and of the content you approve. You give us a licence to use them to deliver the service. You keep control of your social accounts and can disconnect us at any time.
5. Platforms
We rely on third-party platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and our scheduling partner). We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or account actions.
6. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the [3] months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect loss or loss of profit.
7. Data
See our privacy policy and the data processing agreement [link].
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
